Where are the products made?
All our products are fabricated and assembled in Cape Town, South Africa. We use materials which are readily available on our doorstep, and our suppliers are local wherever possible.
Are they sustainable and eco- friendly?
We make every effort to be fully sustainable and use eco-friendly materials. Certain things, however, like clock hands and mechanisms and LED neon flex are not eco-friendly, but we hope they will be long lasting enough to never reach landfill any time soon. As soon as we can find locally sourced, sustainable and eco-friendly products we switch over straight away.
Are the products safe for children?
Yes, absolutely! Our products are non-toxic and safe for children where interacting with the products is the intention. We don’t encourage children and infants to have access to the clocks as the parts may be disassembled and may be dangerous in small pieces. Our lights are low power and do not emit any heat.
Where is my order?
Your order is hopefully with the shipping agent if the parcel has been collected from our premises. If you have not received an email or correspondence from our courier, please email us at email@example.com and we will follow up on your behalf.
My products were damaged in delivery, what can I do?
If your products were damaged in transit, please take a photo within 24hrs. and email us with the problem, a short description of the damage and the photo. We will then arrange with the courier to collect it and deliver a suitable replacement.
Is there a returns policy?
Yes, we would be more than happy to accept a return on your item if you are not happy with the quality of the product or you have changed your mind. In this instance we would love feedback on the reason for your return and you can email us with this at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will handle each return on a case-by-case basis. As standard policy however, please note that the courier charges to get the item back to us is at your own cost and we can only refund you the value of the item purchased, not the courier charges.
For exchanges we will credit you the value of your item against any other item on our website. Once again, the same courier costs would apply as per returns.
What is the courier charge?
Our courier charge is a standard charge based on delivery areas and size of the parcel.
How long does the order take to arrive?
The website will indicate the estimated time of delivery at the moment of purchase. If the item has not arrived in the allocated time frame, please email us with your order number to email@example.com. Please include your order number and tracking number.
