RETURN POLICY

1. Goods will be accepted for a refund or credit within 7 (seven) days of delivery of your order of Goods and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and packaging, subject to the Products being returned to us in good, undamaged, unused, original, saleable condition acceptable to BenBen. Please bear in mind that you will pay for the costs of returning such Goods.
2. If the Good(s) ordered is/are defective within the first 1 (one) week from the delivery date, you may return the Goods to us for a repair, replacement or a refund at the purchase price paid for the Good(s).
3. Any repairs not collected by you after 1 (one) month, and after the required notification process has been followed, will be sold to defray expenses by BenBen.
4. Refunds will be effected by means of an electronic funds transfer into the bank account where the payment originated. Written confirmation of your banking details from you is required before a refund is processed to safeguard both the interest of you and BenBen.
5. Wherever you have used a Gift Voucher to purchase Good(s) that you later return for a refund in accordance with this Return Policy, we cannot refund you in cash for that portion of the purchase price which you paid using the Gift Voucher, but we will credit your account.
